Hi Terry, you can see who is DLOCKing as soon as you submit the ILR, it's in the zip file of reports produced. Paused and Stopped shouldn't be your main problem though? They're often "for info" rather than stopping you getting paid?
You could *probably* use the Indicative Funding Report in the same pack to work out what those learners *should* be generating that month that you won't be getting? Gets really really sticky though because the indicative can't tell how long someone's been DLOCKed or that you've cleared them, so it would be super broad but possibly better than nothing?
Hi Terry,
Similar to Steve's reply, you can use the Indicative Funding Report to see what you would be expecting for those learners, if you compare it to the previous months actual payments report you'll be able to see the overall funding you're missing out on or forecast what you'll be expecting to miss out on going forward with he assumption that you wont receive it until the DLOCK clears.

Good afternoon all,
I have been with my new employer since the end of April and we have tried our best to keep on top of the paused and stopped apprenticeship on the AS (apprenticeship service). However, we often find that we have D_Lock errors within our period end reports which may amass to a valuable amount.
How are D_LOCK errors calculated? It would be useful for me to be able to forecast these amounts based on in month activity on the AS, instead of getting a surprise following ILR return.
I hope this makes sense and thanks in advance for any help.
Terry
