We are the subcontractor for an apprentice who the main Provider withdrew in the 2020/21 (July-21) contract year on their ILR without notifying us. The apprentice had gone past their planned end date. 

The apprentice is now finally due to take their EPA in September. The main Provider has asked us to add the learner to our own ILR (from 01/08/2021). The same employer is in place but am I right in thinking I'd need to get them to set up a funding reservation? As all learning has been delivered, what would I add for TNP1 - the original cost?

I'm inclined to ask the main Provider to sort this out but want to get my facts straight first.
