Hi,
Am I right in assuming that the new rule around evidence from the employer that they have received the additional payment from us will only be for new starts from 1st August?
How is everyone proposing to gather this evidence?

The ESFA have removed the rule that the main provider must obtain written confirmation from the employer which verifies they have forwarded the relevant payment to them.
