Can anyone decipher this one for me please as I am at a loss?
Potential new apprentice on Nursing Associate L5 has a Residence Permit as a dependent leave to enter as their wife has a Residence Permit as Skilled Worker Leave to Enter as works as a medical doctor. The candidate has been in the UK less than 2 years. Are they eligible?

They would have to meet three years residency requirement in the Uk/EU for three years preceding their start date.
