Change of Employer - New TNP's

Created

None

Hi, please can someone help me understand where I have gone wrong with TNP 3 & 4?

We had a learner change employer on 01/08/2022, after leaving pervious employer on 29/07/2022. I followed the guidance and entered the below TNP details into the ILR for the learner

TNP 1 - 28/02/2022 – £4000

TNP 2 - 28/02/2022 - £1000

Monthly ONPP = £333.333

Total on programme earning at point of change = £2000

New TNP’s

TNP 3 – 01/08/2022 - £2000

TNP 4 – 01/08/2022 - £1000

My issue is the monthly OPP has now changed to £400 and the “Completion element (potential or actual earnings)” on Apps Indicative Earnings Report now shows £600

Any thoughts or advice?

This residual amounts for the new employer are spit 80%/20% against the on programme payments and completion payment (20% of £3000 is the £600).

Yes, this is usual and correct. You actually get more on-prog when someone changes employer, it's just a weird quirk of how they've set it up.
