The tool can read in (import) an ILR from previous of current year but what format is your data in to import?

its a new cohort so not currently in the database, just held in excel. 

Hi Ashley, The entry tool does not support bulk uploads. It supports XML files only from previous contract years when importing for R01 (for example). If you were then to import another XML if will wipe out the data already held, so its normally one import into the Tool for R01 onwards. If you then have new starts or changes in 22/23 these need to be done manually in the entry tool for that contract year.
