Submit R13 and R1 ? Carry over learners

Hi
We have learners whose apprenticeship duration spans across 2 academic years (i.e. duration is longer than 12 months).
We have submitted our ILR for 21/22 (R13) - this relates to all learners who started before 31st July 22.
Do we also need to submit an ILR for 22/23 (R1) as both return periods are appearing on the submit learner data page?

Both are required, R13/R14 enable late data changes to be recorded for 21/22 while R01 includes carry over learners and any data changes after 31/07/2022.
