ROATP offering a new standard

We are in the ROATP and are planning to deliver a new standard. As far as I can see there is no requirement or process for us to apply to or inform DFE - we can just go ahead. Is that right?

There was a suggestion this was going to be a thing, but haven't seen any sign of it, so I can't imagine it's a problem?
