I do not think this is an issue for the Apprentices Service as this will be the outcome where speculative applications for transfer of funds are made. Best results are where applications are targeted to known employers or employers in supply chain as the supply of transfer funds is limited.

Wondering if anyone else has experienced this - our small employers request levy funds from large employers via the DAS system, complete all the information required and then wait for a response. They do this for several companies but find that they do not get any responses (accepted/rejected) from any of the large employers or if they do get responses its several weeks after they applied and feel that they have to keep repeating the process but feel like they are not getting anywhere. Most of them no longer want to complete this process as feels its just a waste of time.
Has anyone else had this issue and made contacted anyone within the Apprenticeship Service about this as I would also like to make contact with someone but unsure on who to contact...
