Learner Appearing twice on Apps Co-Investment Report

Hi, can anyone advise me or point me in the right direction. Just checking through the “Apps Co-Investment Contributions Report” and I noticed a learner has appeared on there twice for the same apprenticeship.
Both lines are the same other than start date, the second is a day before the actual start date.
ILR is correct and with only 1 aim plus the ZPROG00.
Has anyone ever come across this before?

You can get multiple lines for an Apprentice due to change of employer, BIL and change to programme or other change.
I have one similar and on checking back the start date was changed in the ILR for some reason.
