A student loan from SFE is not considered self-funding.
P72 To use funds in the employer’s apprenticeship service account or governmentemployer co-investment, the individual must not:
P72.3 Be in receipt of any other direct DfE funding during their apprenticeship
programme; this includes any other DfE funded FE / HE programme
including programmes funded by a student loan,

Hi,
If a learner is completing a university degree/course through student finance. Can they start an apprenticeship?
I've looked at the funding rules but need to be certain before processing them.
