Hi, We are trying to enrol a learner on a 52 week program. The learner gets 33 hols per year. They are working full time. The minimum off the job we are calculating 33/5 = 6.6, 52 weeks - 6.6 = 45.4*6 = 272.4. I thought the minimum the ILR would accept is the 278 (based on 5.6 stat leave) for it not to flag on PDSAT/FRM or as an error. Have I just confused one rule with another or is there something I am missing from the process.? Are we supposed to use 5.6 for all full time employees regardless if they have enhanced annual leave ?
If anyone can help please do
Thankyou
Cheryl
