Versions of Standards changed with no warning

I have a cohort of apprentices due to start on Tuesday, and although I was aware the Standard was being revised it's been going on for months and there was no definite date. I have just seen that the old version has been switched off, with immediate effect. The last start date was this week, the day before the updated Standard was released. Now all my sign-up docs are incorrect, the title has changed, funding cap, quals included in it, everything. How can I possible remain compliant?! it's hours of work to get everything changed and re-signed by learners and employers. Are IfATE allowed to switch Standard versions off with no overlap or warning? Do they not realise the implications of changes like this have on already stretched teams. I have no idea how to proceed, the learners and employers are not going to be happy going through all the docs again

Heck I feel your pain we are suffering some fallout from similar past events during audit.
What standard is this? and does anyone know what ones have changed ?
We had this with ODM and yes a nightmare. Our EPAO's gave us a cut off date of within the month rather than the actual date so maybe speak to them. Good luck!
