I have uploaded my ILR data and have tried to submit it after saving it as an XML file - does anyone know why I am getting the error message below? Thanks in advance

Have you tried opening your XML file? Does it have learners in it? You can use a text editor like notepad.
It saved the file as a Microsoft edge HTML doc (xml) but when I click into it - it is all jargon and none of the info I have entered into the ILR tool?
