Employer signature on reviews using LMS

Only advise I can give is set out expectations at the start so employers are aware they must sign these reviews. If you system allows, have more than one person set up so if one line manager is not able to attend allocate it to another one. Only other thing is to make sure coaches are aware of this requirement to so that they are chasing signatures as often as possible. 
Not a great deal else we can do to be honest but with new employers them initial conversations really help. 

Ahh we have the same issue... we have reports to monitor them and are continually chasing but definitely is a challenge. Unfortunately I have no solutions. We are trying to get as many reviews signed there and then at the visits by learners and employers.

We get them to sign whilst still in the Review meeting but we use Bud so fairly easy. I agree that if they have left the meeting it is a nightmare.
