Your not alone Cheryl.
Only advise I can give is set out expectations at the start so employers are aware they must sign these reviews. If you system allows, have more than one person set up so if one line manager is not able to attend allocate it to another one. Only other thing is to make sure coaches are aware of this requirement to so that they are chasing signatures as often as possible.
Not a great deal else we can do to be honest but with new employers them initial conversations really help.

Does anyone have any advice on employers signing progress reviews using e-port systems such as OneFile etc ? We are recording the reviews and holding the recordings but getting employers to login and sign off the reviews is becoming really challenging and so time-consuming especially in larger national organisations
