Hi all. Silly question Tuesday.
We are new to our own contract, and are looking into GDPR and evidence retention. We have it on guidance it is 7 years. Can I clarify if it is still 7 years we retain evidence/paperwork for ESFA purposes? I have been looking through numerous ESFA policies, but cannot clarify if it has changed.
