Yes as they must be employed under an Apprenticeship Agreement until the EPA is completed, other wise the completion payment will not be paid due to the stop by the previous employer.
The price for the new employer would be the completion payment but 0 RPL as the practical period had finished.

Evening all,
I have a learner who has moved employers, she has just passed her EPA and we have completed internally.
My question is: she has been stopped by previous employer Aug 22, at that point she only needed to complete EPA which is now done with new employer. How do I record RPL and TNP if it's just completion payment outstanding?
