Integrated EPA Application

We have applied and been approved to be an EPA for 1 of our integrated apprenticeships.  Over the last year it has come to light that we need to change the EPA process, therefore amend the application.  

However, on looking on the application site you cannot amend or reapply once you have been approved until a new version of the standard is available.  Does anyone know what we need to do in this situation?

Hi Karen,

The conditions for being on the Register of End Point Assessment Organisations answers this question. Its point 2 you want, this covers examples of significant change that necessitate an update and provides an email address to direct your update to. Am guessing there is an expectation of change as practices develop and that largely these will be picked up under monitoring - so it very much depends on what it is as to whether you'll need to take action.
