Hi, we have an Apprentice who has been finished by his Employer due to misconduct, can we allow him sometime to find an alternative Employer or does he have to be finished from the Apprenticeship with immediate effect? The guidance seems to refer a lot to Apprentices that have been made redundant which he hasn't. Thank you in advance.
