Hi all,
We have a couple of learners that have withdrawn from an apprenticeship for which the funding model is 36 (Apprenticeships from 1 May 2017) and the contract type is ACT 1. Could anyone confirm if I've interpreted the rules correctly and for this type of apprenticeship, you don't need to complete the learner destination and progression when an apprentice withdraws from the programme?

Hi Stephanie die you ever get an answer to this? The ILR spec says its not required for Apps on ACT1 however I know its something Ofsted look for so we continue to record it with no issues but interested to see if others do the same.
