Hi Martin,
apologies I don't think my question was clear- it was how to code the ILR that I was needing advice on, e.g. completion status/ outcome.
Please see below a scenario on how to code the ILR if the learner fully completed the Traineeship programme:
Learner completes the traineeship programme, achieves qualification aims but their destination is currently unknown.

How would I code the ILR if the only aims they did not achieve was the Functional skills aims but they completed the planned hours and planned duration?
thank you
You would update the ILR record as per the table but if continuing with Maths/English these aims are left as continuing.
See the guidance Here: Provider Support Manual: 2022 to 2023 - Recording destination and progression information (submit-learner-data.service.gov.uk)

Thank you Martin for this, the scenario I have is not one of those options.
Our learner will never achieve the Functional skills but has stayed the full planned duration and completed the planned hours, with this scenario not being an option in the provider support manual I am unsure how to code the ILR.
I really appreciate your speedy replies, thank you

Can someone please advise how to close the ILR down if the learner has completed the full planned duration of the programme, completed the planned hours for the programme but has not completed their functional skills maths & english.
I have looked in the recording destination and progression section of the provider support manual and this scenario is not an option.
