We have a full time learner for 2021-22 that was doing F/S Maths Level 1 Nov 2021-Feb 2022 and then planned to be doing F/S Maths Level 2 Mar 2022-June 2022.The learner did not pass the F/S Maths level 1 until June 2022.Therefore having no time left to start F/S Maths L2.
How do I record the unstarted F/S Maths L2 as it is already planned on ILR and if aim not started does it affect QAR data adversely ?

If the aim didn't start, it shouldn't be in the ILR so I would remove it?
