Overlap - Apprenticeship

Hi there

 

Can anyone help me with a query.  If you haven’t had official confirmation of your award/apprenticeship, can you start another.  I know this will cause an overlap on the Apprenticeship Service, if not completed on the service. However, I thought there was a period of “grace” just looking for it in the rules if anyone could point me in the right direction, please.

There is no grace period that I know of in the rules or applied on DAS.

Was thinking of this in the rules, but it's not relevant its (AEB) :

P76 As an exception to P75.2, an individual may commence an apprenticeship and attract funding, where they have less than four weeks to completion of an existing DfE funded course.

I've got an apprentice that has finished not yet achieved wanting to progress onto another apprenticeship, very keen which is good but let's finish one before we start another!

Unfortunately not Jo it makes progression especially of TNA's to RNA standard difficult as timing progression and completion etc for direct follow on is nigh impossible!
