Calculating non levy to levy new employer

Hi all. We are transferring an apprentice from a non levy employer to a new levy employer. We have the drawdown from the ESFA, however should we be adding the 5% payments with the ESFA drawdown to calculate the new price for the levy employer? Never done a non levy to levy prior. Thanks all.

Yes, you should we be adding the 5% co-investment to the ESFA drawdown as the total make up the total monthly payments.
