Go to Submit Learner Data, then Reports then Submission History and by R02 you should see Period End Reports. Download the zip file and look at Monthly Payment Report which will list funding by learner by aim.
This has been solidly accurate for a couple of years now (you don't want to know about before that ;))

Cross Referencing Remittance Advice

Could anyone help me find out how I cross reference my remittance advice.
This is the first one I have received, and I have gone through the reports and I can't find anything that relates to the payments on the remittance. There are no ULN's on the remittance so I don't know which payment relates to which apprentice?
I have read some of the queries from a couple of years ago (I know things will have changed since then) - and I am still struggling.
I thought that once I had been paid (which was today) I would be able to see a payment history with maybe a report for which learners the payment related to?
