The R14 ILR should show:
CompStatus 1
Outcome 8
ActEndDate [gateway date]
then when they complete their EPA in 22/23 you make them
CompStatus 2
Outcome 1 or 3
ActEndDate [gateway date]
AchDate [completion of EPA date]
and then, yes, the completion money will arrive in 22/23 (assuming you've recorded any PMR records that are needed, of course!)

Could someone help me with a query, I seem to remember that once upon a time this use to be an issue,
If someone completed their all of their Learning in last years contract 2021/22, we closed the ILR with Awaiting Results and is now in Gateway/EPA. When they complete their EPA will the Completion Payment be shown in this years contract 2022/23?
