Hi,
We have an apprentice who left her original employer in June 2022 but never started with her new employer. She has now returned to her original employer. How is this situation dealt with in the ILR? I know we need to withdraw and restart her as the gap is more than 30 days but I am concerned we will have the same employer id in the ILR twice with different dates. Is this an issue as it gives a warning on the violation report?
