I have a learner that started in AY 2021/22 however went on a BIL in Jul 2022, they RTL in September 2022.
On the RTL profile would I work out the remaining OTJHs required based on the 2022/23 calculation or the original calculation due to original stat date being in 2021/22?
TIA for any help.

Original. It's not on the (short) list of things that apply to everyone (M&E rules, 12 week gap between employers and no activity for four weeks being a BIL).
