We have a learner who was past their planned end date - yet was slightly behind on progress - left their employer back in March 2022 and was withdrawn at that point in time.
Several months later and they now have a new employer and wishes to come back and complete their apprenticeship. However, all of the funding for learning delivery has been paid (as they were past their planned end date), yet there is still some learning to do before they are ready for their EPA.
Any thoughts on what we can do here - if anything? We can't claim anymore funding for learning delivery.
