Have they gone bust or are they just ignoring you? I think there might be a workaround if the former? There is a *special LDM code* which makes the system ignore the contributions and still gives you the completion payment BUT you need permission to use it, and that takes a while, so if there's definitely no way you're going to get the money, I'd email the AS helpdesk explaining the situation and asking for permission to use LDM 361 (This code should be used to identify providers who have authorisation to waive recording payment records for Apprenticeships.)

Co-Investment Payments - Change of Employer

Hi All,
We have a learner who has changed employer, but the first employer hasn't paid all of the 5% co-investment contribution before changing employer, when the learner comes to completion it will mean we haven't collected the full contribution across the apprenticeship and the completion payment will be withheld. Unless the learner was redundant is anyone aware of any situation where we could still be able to receive the completion payment for this learner, as we have tried to get the co-investment from the 1st employer, but were unable to.
