Good morning, all
Please could I check that my understanding is correct as I have never processed a Care Leavers Bursary before. If I have all the evidence and the apprentice is eligible.
The Employer (non-levy but more than 50 employees) and the Apprentice (aged 20) receive £1,000 each and the Provider claims the funding and pays them both individually the £1,000 in one go (or is it 50% 90 days 50% 365 days) within 30 days of receiving the funding.

I'm not aware the employer receives a matching £1,000 and it is the full £1,000 after 60 days on program, paid directly to the learner.
