Not really... In situations like this we are meant to be honest and pay the money back via EAS, they can't clawback money from a previous year automatically.
Having said that, if you didn't have evidence of exemption at start then you're perfectly entitled to the money until you *did* have the evidence, provided they were doing learning.

Error after R14

Hi all
It has just come to my attention that an apprentice was enrolled on Functional skills in error (They have exemption evidence). Obviously the R14 has gone, and we have received payments for this. If I close the aim back to start date will the ESFA sort the clawback? Do I need to do anything else?
