Employer shadowing/mentoring
Created
None
Hi All,
In the latest funding rules it is quite clear in that employer mentoring/shadowing can be countable towards off-the-job as long as it is part of the training plan.
However, where this is part of the training plan, would this then mean that the employer would become a subcontractor?
Thank you for any help

No, only if you're paying them to do it (which would be highly unusual).
