In your next return close the July 2022 apprenticeship by withdrawing all aims from their original start date in July. Then create new records for the Apprenticeship aims with the August startdate.
The apprenticeship service should recover any amounts already paid for the original records in your next payment, however they should also pay you the two months missed for the new records.
As you are withdrawing the apprentice with zero duration the erroneous enrolments will not be included in your QAR.
Rember to update the apprenticeship evidence pack and where appropriate get the Employer and apprentice to re-sign.

Changing dates after hard close

A learner was reported on the ILR with a start date in July 2022, this was a mistake and their start date and das funds were reserved from august 2022. Unfortunately we have only just discovered this and i appreciate we cannot go back and change the start date - how would you suggest we process this? thanks
