Restart after withdrawal from apprenticeship

Hi can anyone advise? We had an apprentice withdraw due to resignation and used the BIL but then withdrew after 30 days. The learner has now decided to return to their original employer and wants to restart the apprenticeship after being withdrawn in September. What would be the correct way of doing this as the DAS/enrolment would all still be with the original employer
