I'm looking to have discussions with anybody delivering AEB in London. As the jobs market has more vacancies than out of work people in the capital, has this affected your referrals/onboarding for training courses? Are potential candidates more reticent to go on a training course as they want to go straight into work (especially with the current cost of living crisis)?
