Could you tell me if there are any exemption rules to charities paying the 5% employer contribution please?

No one has replied to this post.
No exemption for any non-levy employer except those with fewer than 50 employees taking on a 16-18 year old.
Only other option would be for them to find a levy payer to transfer funding.
