Hello - I wonder if someone can help, please? Do we need to return the FE workforce data for employees delivering only Apprenticeship provision on contracts where we are a sub-contractor? Or do we only need to provide the data for employees delivering and supporting our main provider provision?

You only need to provide the data for employees delivering and supporting your main provider provision?
I asked the ESFA a similar question as we are only directly funded for apprenticeships, all other provision we deliver is through contracts with other main providers - so do we only provide staff data of those involved with apprenticeship provision?
