Is she more than halfway through? Not a problem if she is as she'll definitely hit 50% in England.
If not [sucks teeth], tricky, it's 50% of the whole apprenticeship in England, not where she was when she started... Would advise asking for a ruling, but I'd also expect it to be a "no", rules don't really take homeworking into account...

I have a learner that has returned from a BIL and has informed both us and her employer that she now lives in Scotland. She is a home-based worker, and her employer is in London. Does this make her ineligible or is she able to continue as she was living in England when she started her apprenticeship?
