Learner Entry Tool - Lost Data File

Morning all, Windows has done a large update on the laptop we keep the LET on. When I've opened the LET for some strange reason the learner count is ZERO, possibly nothing to do with the Windows update, but this has never happened before.
IT have looked at it and I think we've lost the data file.
Can I upload the "export" file I did on Thursday for R03 return, if so what data (if any) will be lost ?
Any help appreciated.

Yes. What you'll lose is anyone you had sat in LET that you *weren't* exporting into your R03 (and any changes you made on Friday!)
