Covid incentive payments

What is the incentive for?

They're to do with: 

Cash boost for apprenticeships launched - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

I have tried to find some guidance somewhere but nothing am struggling

These all went straight from ESFA to the employers, didn't they? So they'll not be on any of our reports because we didn't have the money at any point.

Steve is correct, the employer claimed for the incentives via their AS account and received the money into their AS account. that is what I had read but we have employers asking us about them.
