Apprentice change of employer

We have an apprentice who is funded by a LEVY transfer secured by their non-levy employer , however this apprentice has now changed employer. When we move the funding balance to the new employer will this still be regarded as LEVY or does it change and the the new employer will need to pay 5%?

It is not the Apprentice that is funded it is the employer’s DAS account, you do not move the funding only the Apprentice to the new employer.
