Ooh, interesting. So, assuming learner was originally top of the band, I don't think you need to add them for residuals, because you're not reducing the cap overall, ie you'll still get the whole lot over the course of the Apprenticeship, just from two different employers. so I'd go for zeroes.

Hi,
Hoping someone can quickly help me. I have a returning learner on a residual cost and residual duration. On the Apprenticeship Service do you have to include the reduction in cost and weeks on the RPL page?
The cost is east to calculate, the weeks are harder. Is there any impact if I left them both at 0?
