Contract and Apprentice to remain with organisation beyond EPA

Created

None

Is anyone able to point me to the rule in which it states that the Apprentice 'must' remain with the employer for a period of time after achieving their Apprenticeship?  I don't think there is a such a rule, and that individuals should be able to move on to another employer, should they wish.  Clarification would be gratefully received. Thanks

No such rule. Need to be employed until they complete their EPA but that's it.

Now, what's in the Apprentice's contract they've signed with with the employer is a different matter, but that's beyond the scope of the funding rules...
