Apprentice wants to move to Spain

I have an apprentice who has completed over half her apprenticeship so far, and now wants to move to Spain - still working for the same employer but as a hybrid role. She still has a couple of online exams to do (which are completed remotely) and her EPA - is she able to do this?- Thankyou in advance.

Assuming she's done more than 50% in England, I think this would be fine if everything else can be done remotely and/or she can come back if she needs to for the EPA?
