How do we claim full funding on a non regulated aim for learners who are unable to take up the regulated aims due to severe disability/learning difficulty?  I tried using the non regulated ICT aim but SLD is giving me LearnDelFAMType_80 errors.  Unlike the English and Maths aims, the basic skills type 43 (Essential Digital Skills) is only set on the regulated aims.  Is there an additional code I have to apply?

Are they not fully funded another way (unemployed/low wage)? That would be the "easy" way around it because I don't think non-reg EDS are automatically fully funded (I seem to recall this being an issue with non-reg english and maths at one point as well and we had to go through a similar rigmarole)?

Thanks Martin.  That's exactly what I need. I should've searched for category 42 instead of basic skills type 43.
