Hi, we have a L2 apprentice who was enrolled to L2 FS last year even though he doesn't have a L1 exemption, as he came out at L1 on his IA. It transpires there is no evidence of learning for quite a few months, so we will ask him to complete another diagnostic as we don't think he is at L2 standard, and he only needs L1 to achieve apprenticeship. How does all of this need to be recorded in the ILR?
