Stop Start Date after OFTSED

Hi everyone,
We had an OFTSED inspection in October and they determined that we did not have reasonable progress so they put a stop start date on us. This meant that there was a cohort that we had starting that we could not receive funding for - we have since had another inspection and got reasonable progress so we are now in the clear!
However, the stop start date has not been lifted so does anyone know:
1 - what happens to the two months that we have submitted the learners' for but have not received funding?
2 - how long after the re-inspection this should be lifted?
