We have a learner who has moved employer and it has just come to light their head office is in Dublin. The learner is based in England and will be working here. Will they still be eligible for the apprenticeship?

Yes? Assuming their employer is paying them in the UK they'll have a PAYE scheme they can attach them to when they set them up on DAS which I think is the main barometer?
