Hi all, had a complete block! I have someone applying from a apprenticeship who is a southern Irish resident, do they have to have lived here for the last year 3 years?

Irish citizens in UK or Ireland P369 Irish citizens in the UK or Ireland who have been ordinarily resident in the UK and Islands, and/or Ireland for at least the previous 3 years on the first day of their apprenticeship will be eligible for funding.
